Method:

  1. Peel and chop the beetroot into small pieces.
  2. Blend the beetroot, apple, and ginger together until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture to get the juice.
  4. Add lemon juice for a tangy flavor, if desired.

2. Beetroot Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 boiled beetroots
  • 1 small cucumber (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onions

Method:

  1. Boil the beetroots until soft and peel them.
  2. Cut the beetroots into small cubes.

  2. Add milk and cook until the milk reduces and the mixture thickens.
